The Experience: The Awakening (6:00 AM or 7:00 AM): We begin the morning before the city wakes up, catching the crisp, cool air and the first light of day. The Ride (30 Minutes): Embark on a gentle, 30-minute cycling session through the serene pathways of the gardens. This is a strictly "at your own pace" ride. Whether you want to lightly elevate your heart rate or simply cruise and take in the vibrant flora and morning birdsong, this is your time to ground yourself in nature. The Flow (45 Minutes): We transition from the saddle to the mat. Nestled beneath the canopy of a cool, shaded tree, you will be guided through a 45-minute restorative yoga session. Focus on deep stretching, breathwork, and releasing the tension of the past week.
