Service Description
Kaieteur is the undisputed crown jewel of Guyana’s tourism and an absolute marvel of raw, untouched nature. The Scale: It is the world’s largest single-drop waterfall by the volume of water flowing over it. It plunges a staggering 741 feet (226 meters)—nearly five times the height of Niagara Falls. The Environment: Located on the Potaro River within the pristine Kaieteur National Park, it is surrounded by some of the most intact, ancient Amazonian rainforest on Earth. The Experience: It is a visual and auditory spectacle. Clients experience the sheer, deafening roar and the massive mist clouds of the drop. Because of its sheer force, this is strictly an observational, high-impact photo destination.
Cancellation Policy
We require 24-hour notice for cancellation of booked and paid tours. Customers cancelling less than 24-hour notice will be required to pay 20% of our service charge. Ride Along GY is committed to providing excellent service in a timely manner. No-shows and cancellations have an impact on service quality; it also punishes the customers who actually shows up early. In order to better our services, Ride Along GY has put together the following policies: NO-SHOWS Guests that are no shows will not be able to have their monies refunded but will have the opportunity to re-book tours at a later, available date.
